Foreign workforce
The company shall be able to use foreign workers in posts that may be difficult to fill with Norwegian or Scandinavian citizens or to compensate for manpower shortages. Foreign citizens shall have entitlements in relation to Norwegian legislation and regulations, and the employee\\\'s national rules shall also be taken into consideration whenever possible. Everyone shall be treated equally, regardless of race, religion and culture.
